Delivery Information

Any order between BD10.000 and BD19.999 will incur a BD1.000 fee. The minimum order is BD10.000 inclusive of VAT, exclusive of delivery charge. Deliveries are free for any orders of BD20.000 (inclusive of VAT) and above. If you place your order before 2pm (12.00pm on Thursday) you will have the option for same-day delivery, subject to the availability of a time slot. Note that currently, we don’t offer home deliveries on Fridays so orders placed on Fridays will be processed on Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm through our app and website will be processed the following day. Should you have an urgent requirement then please call us on 17815929 and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. We strive to provide your delivery at your selected time, however, at busy times or times of heavy traffic we may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience and if your delivery is going to be late our driver will call you.
